I really need help with this to ensure I get the correct parts. I have a 2008 Audi A8 and I am looking to convert several bulbs to LED and HID. Does anyone know the bulb sizes for my car? I don’t know if sites like OSRAM are accurate and the dealer only has Audi part numbers. I am looking for the standard bulbs sizes for the following and have listed below what they could be.

Fog Light: OSRAM says H7 but it looks like H11?
High beam: H7?
Daytime Running Light: 1157? Or 1156? Or 7506? (Conflicting info here again)
City Light: 2825? Or 194?
License Plate Light: 6418?
Reverse Light: 921? Or is this Audi specific with a built –in base?

I was going to purchase from IJDMtoy.com. Does anyone know the quality of their products or know of a better source for the lights?

I will probably go with the following set-up.

Fog light: 4300K HID (to match the headlight, I have been told higher temps lower performance for fog)
High Beam: SilverStar Ultra (can’t go HID since they do not work well for flash nor LED due to low light output)
Daytime Running light, city light, license plate light, reverse light: 6000K LED

I will be purchasing Canbus error free bulbs except for the Daytime running light since they get too hot. I will be installing separate resistors for the DRLs instead.

How does this plan sound to you? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thank you.
