Can anyone tell me what differences there are in 2011 S4 compared to 2012?

Prestige comes with leather stitched arm rests. More ala carte options. Different available colors.

You get driver memory seats in the P+ trim for 2012 which was only available in Prestige trim for 2011.

Glad Audi finally got that right but disappointed that I don't have it. Blah! =)

2012 P+ comes with memory seats and has Advanced key as an option (i almost had tears of joy for this). but no Ti package.

2012 Prestige has the Ti package but no alum mirrors with Ti package

Imola Yellow was less expensive in 2011.

Imola Yellow was less expensive in 2011.

Imola Yellow and Sprint Blue are both gone (as standard colours), as are the Tuscan Brown and Magma Red interiors.

Audi has really reduced the colour palette for the final pre-facelift year. We may get more choices when the facelifted 2013 models arrive (production for Europe starts in late January) ** but I fear that like the new S5, it'll be S Tronic only, goodbye 6MT.

Edit: Also no more nappa leather interiors, only Alcantara for 2012.

I'm fairly certain the drive select package is now standard with a sports rear diff in all 2012 P+ cars. Previously on 2011 models you could option for sports rear diff OR the drive select package(which included sports rear diff).

I just bought a monsoon grey 2012 and it came with sports rear diff(upon inspection at the dealership it also had the drive select control, but without the extra pricetag.)

Nope. The sports diff option includes the drive select buttons, but you don't get full drive select. You do get a big chunk of it though. You can adjust steering boost, but not ratios, and can't adjust suspension dampers.

I dunno where you heard that but it's definitely incorrect.

That's all that shows on the configurator on audiusa.com ... is the configurator broken?

That's good. I thought it was crazy they had dropped the nappa leather.

Canadian Config. has been down for 3-4 weeks. My 2012 has silk Nappa and there are 2012 cars on the ground up here with Magma int.
Is everyone here just guessing? My salesgirl is away .
