'07 RS4 RNS-E (Sirius does not connect) Help

Hello all,

2007 RS4
RNS-E with Sirius receiver #8E0 035 593 D

The Sirius radio will not connect nor show any stations. Yes, I have activated the service and sent activation signal multiple times now. Display only shows "Call 888-539-SIRIUS to activate"

Things I have checked:
-Wires on back of radio
-Wires on back of Sirius receiver
-CAN BUS connection under passenger kick panel
-Reset system

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

I know that some tuners are not compatible with certain radios. Did you verify that the tuner is compatible with the radio?
It usually does not matter but did not program the radio for a satellite tuner? It may matter especially if its a retrofit.
