Over the past little while I've noticed that the power delivery and overall throttle response and acceleration seems to vary with my car. Its a 6MT with the 91 tune. Sometimes I jump in and it feels super lively and power is instant (i always run in dynamic mode) other times it still feels powerful obviously but not the same.

It does not seem to be related to ambient air temp at all and it do not think it has anything to do with heat soak etc as its not being hard hard and oil temps are well down

Any ideas?? Is there any truth to these cars having part of the computer that learns our driving? I doubt that would effect much in a manual car. DSG perhaps.

Anyone else feel that their car feels different from time to time ?

Yes... but it is pretty much 100% weather related... The cooler the temps and lower the humidity the stronger the car feels and conversly the hotter the temps and higher humidity the weaker the car feels... Hopefully, the CPS will make the car more consistent...

I think I know what you mean. However, I usually drive in auto, comfort or individual (engine in auto, everything else dynamic). Switching to dynamic for me makes a big difference. Don't know if it learns per mode or not, but I only put it in dynamic when driving it hard.
