Audi A4 Rotor for a Porsche Cayenne 6 Piston Caliper?

I have a pair of Porsche Cayenne 6 Piston Calipers and I want to upgrade my 2004 A4 to them. I tried ECS but they said they only sell them as kits and not individually. I tried Apikol and they do sell them separately but I'm looking for another option on the rotors.

Please help me out here, I know there must be a bunch of people who have done this already. The newest Eurotuner edition even have an A3 with them but I believe they are not the same.

JHM may sell you one of their 350mm rotors which is what they use with the 6 pot cayenne caliper. They sell them as a kit but you might be able to get them to sell you just the rotors and hardware.
