Hi guys,
I have decided on buying new wheels for my B7 A4. I am interested in 19x9 Forgestar F14 in gunmetal for a bit more concavity. I already bought tires, Hankook V12 235/35/19 ready to be mounted.
I would like to know what is the optimal offset that I can run on a B7 A4 Avant? I am lowered on Stasis SS, and am just looking for a clean, flush look without any rubbing. I just need the offset, so I can place my order!
I have searched the forums and googled and could not find much information. Thanks![:D]
This is my previous set up on 19x8.5.

What was your tire size and offset on your previous setup? If you liked the amount of poke on your last setup, I can tell you exactly what offset you need to have the same poke as last time.
EDIT: FYI 19x8.5 et32 is equal to 19x9 et38

Thanks for the reply. 8.5 ET32 was pretty good previously, could go a bit more, but probably pushing it, dont want to deal with the hassle. I assume 235/35 will be a pretty safe size to go with?

235/35 would be fine at that offset. you could probably push it out slightly more without any issues. i run 19x9 et29 with 225/35 and 235/35 winter tires.. slight rubbing on hard corner and huge dips with the meatier winter tires.

I run 235/35's on 9's and it's just about perfect. Some stretch but still functional. I run et 41 with 8mm spacers in the pack and 5mm in the front. It sits pretty flush. I might poke them a bit more once I get my coils on.

Chase also forgot to mention that his current suspension setup is for sale. If you want this stance (http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/432330-Photo-video-Shoot), hit him up.
Edit: Nevermind, it sold about 2 hours ago.

Do you guys think 9" wide wheels would work with 245/35/19's, or 245/40/18's on OEM sport suspension? What sort of offset would I have to run?

Yup, on sport susp both would probably work just fine but 245/35 will look a lot better. Anywhere between et 35 and 45 would be a safe fitment that's around flush.

Thanks for the replies all. So I take it ET37/38 would be the offset to order?
