well if you read that ebay page the bottom pretty much makes it seem like its the 2.0 kit. If its really from Mjm autohaus i'd get in touch with them and make sure its the right kit plus they'll probably set you up with the same deal and make sure its for your specific car. They are fairly active on this forum and seem to be pretty good with their customer service. I believe whether your car is quattro or not will also change the setup

Shouldn't need to buy anything else other than springs and the shocks. Should go in perfectly and you can reuse the bolts once you don't strip anything on the disassembly. Never hurts to use brand new hardware though. And I know many may also change the front spring cups to the B5's for a more even rake/stance.

It's a popular setup. So you can't really go wrong with it. It's a matter of how low you want to go, and if you want to adjust it afterwards.
If you wanna adjust it, then go with Coilovers.
2.0" drop - Neuspeed Race
1.7" drop - H&R
1.5" drop - Neuspeed Sport
1.2" drop - Eibach

Btw, if you order from MJM's site, you get free shipping I think.

For $600+, why dont you just put and extra 200 and get coilovers????? I have bilsteins/eibachs, but the only reason I got them over coils is I got my entire setup for $250....unless you keep shopping for a great deal llike I got, I would get the coilovers for basically the same price.

$200+ is only the price range for ST coils, and ST coils aren't that good. They are budget coils. I'm pretty darn sure bilstein/koni shocks handle better than the STs. STs just give the edge of adjusting.

Why do you think ST coilovers aren't that good? I've read nothing but good reviews so far. I'm definitely on a budget, and I was actually looking to get some in the future. Unless I come across some other brands at a good price.

well i cant really say because I have never experienced the ST coils, but everyone on here praises them...Im really happy with my shock/spring combo, but its also easier to be happy with it getting a steal of a deal LOL...$674 plus shipping just seemed a little steep for a spring/shock combo. IMO ofcourse. [:D]

Plus if you live anywhere in the US that has snow, ST is not even an option with the rust

don't do it! definitely get a set of coils. it'll be painful but worth it because the shocks and springs will match so much better.

Paul i think you contradicted yourself lol. Also i thought if one got B5 perches it wouldnt work on the Bilstein shocks. Which is correct? I might need to go Moar Low.

Im pretty the st coils handle better as there kw v1's with a galvanized steel body instead of stainless. and i wouldn't necessarily call them budget coils vmaxx and racelands are budget coils.

They do fine in winter they just need a little more maintenance than say a set made of stainless. My buddy has them on his mk5 gti and they have gone thou 2 nyc winters with no problems. I plan on getting a set in the coming weeks.
