I have searched a bunch and even called a few of the vendors to clear this up. I bought a set of OZ Ultraleggeras from another member that was running them on his VW golf, now what type of lug bolts or what not do I need to make this work? They are 18x8 et 35, I searched a bunch but am still just lost. Since he bought them from tire rack they came with golf specific lugs which I would imagine wouldn't work on mine correct?

Email or call someone at pure motorsports. I got mine from them.

Already did, the seemed a little confused also. I ordered the RAD locks but want to know if my lugs or the ones coming will work.
Okay lemme help you out. Lucky for you I had to take this pic when I was about to buy longer bolts with my spacers since my OZ SL IIIs couldn't fit my brakes.
Top is the stock bolt. Lower one is the one that came with my OZs, that's the type (ball) and length over stockers.

If the lugs provided worked on a Golf they should work fine on the A4 as Audi/VW share the same lug specifications. You'll want to make sure your locks are the matching length and seat (ball or cone style).

Stud kit a consideration? Just makes it easier, get extended ones incase you use spacers. I just got both ball and cone nuts so it would be less of a headache when I change wheels in the future.

No,
Oem bolts are ball seat and oz requirese ball seat according to kim so start there
Jack the car up, put the wheel on bolt everything on, if you can get 6-8 full rotations on the bolts then you are good to go, if not, order longer BALL SEAT lug bolts

Thats why I got both ball and cone seats so Im covered for any wheel upgrades in the future that are 5x112. Just my .02 if he changes wheels often.

Here's a great diagram showing the difference in lug bolts.
