Help !

Im having a problem with my 97 a4 im not sure if the turbos bad or what? the car will only do about 60mph and if you try to rev it over 3500 rpm the car will bog down and almost shut down if anyone has any anwsers please hellp me.

I dont know if this will help i have an 02 A4 that did the same thing and the oil pump wasnt pumping oil to the top of the engine.
