First gear boost loss

Has anyone had any issues with losing boost in first gear? I maxed out at 5 psi this morning and that was barely. I know the boost gauge is working correctly since I am hitting about 19 psi on the rest of the gears. By the way the car is running on APR 93.

there isnt enough load on the engine in first gear to produce more than 5psi of boost. its normal
