crackling during seat belt chime!!! help

[3.2L S-line]

ok so i just got the car used and i noticed a weird crackling i guess you would call it during the chime sequence, it seems to be during the seat belt warning. I dont know what it could be but if anyone has some insight LMK. watch the video but SKIP TO 1:14 !!! thats when im able to reenact the noise.

Why don't you find someone with a vag-com and disable the seat belt chime?

because sometimes its on the regular chime also
