so as i was trying to crack my wheel bolt this morning, i seem to have stripped it. i stripped the bolt with the wheel lock... :(
you think it's a good idea to ask the dealership for help with this matter?
...or should i just go to the nearest wheel shop.

the wheel lock still fits snug. although when i try to turn it, it just slips off.

thanks for the help.

You stripped the bolt on the way out?

Drill it and use an extractor? Or go to a wheel shop. Dealership will kill you and I wouldn't think that they would really have the experience that a wheel shop would have with this.

if the key or head of the bolt are stripped, just take a regular socket, hammer it on the wheel lock and use your breaker bar.

I thought that you stripped the treads, my bad.
Drill it and hammer in a extractor. Or the above suggestion; Irwin tools makes some good socket type extractors.
