i got my cupra from 034motorsports today. everything looks good. i already trimeed down the 2 posts half and inch and smoothed them out.
im waiting for my hids to come in to this way i can take the bumper off and install everything legit and clean. hid fogs and hids in the helix r8 leds housing.
my question is what type of drill do i need size wise and i also want to use bolt and nut on the other side of the bumper for a secure secure fit.
from your experience besides the 3/4 screws what size are better ?

I remember a write up on the install somewheres, I haven't heard much of cupra nightmares so I'd go with whatever seems to be working for everyone else, don't over think it.

Drill the holes approx as wide as the screw not counting the threading, or if you go the nut and bolt route, take a bolt to the drill bit isle and size up a bit that's slightly bigger than the bolt threading. Just make sure you have everything good and secure and have at it.

Why am I even saying this? man it's time to go to bed

just use self tapping screws no need to drill first :)
