Hi All,
I just installed new rims and tires (18x8 with Hankook Ventus V12 EVO K110's in 225/40/18) on my 2001 A4 1.8T Quattro (currently with factory sports suspension) and will be getting Bilstein PSS9 coilovers installed on Monday.
I don't want to risk tire rub or bottoming out (unless I do something stupid), and I'd like a firm ride that will handle great around corners - but not be really punishing for daily drive. I'm in Bay Area CA, so roads are generally pretty good.
Anyone have suggestions for how much to lower on front and back, and suggested settings for the PSS9 to achieve a nice balanced ride? I'll talk with the shop as well on Monday, but would be great to have some ideas going in.
Thanks!
