Will be swining by O'Rileys here shortly to scan for codes (I do have a Vag-Com, just need to find which box it got packed in from a recent move, dang wife! lol).

05.5 A4 2.0T 48k miles, APR Chipped, APR Exhaust, Test Pipe.

This morning it was about 34F out (still cold morning in Alaska). Turn the car over and the idle did it's normal "high idle while cold", but when it dropped down, it started to bounce up and down by a few hundred RPM. And I could feel the car shaking back and forth. At first I though coilpack, but then I pressed the throttle quickly and idle smoothed out and everything seemed fine. So now I am thinking Vacuume Leak (maybe PCV?).

A few other strange (or what I think is strange) things my car has been doing that may be related. Sometimes when starting the car, it starts extremely quick. As in there is NO crank time. Also even after the car has been ran awhile and sitting for an hour, the RPMS right after start up will be go up to about 1500-1800 and sit there for a good 1-2minutes. Similar to what my car will do on after sitting over night, but the high idle time is longer.

I will update with codes shortly.

Yeah that is what I am leaning towards also. Just scanned it (with a Generic Scanner) and pulled nothing. Will scan with the Vag-Com tonight.

You sure about that? i.e. On cold start (like sitting over night). My idle is about 12-1400 and stays for really no more than 30 seconds before dropping back down. These other times, it will be after the car has been sitting for an hour or two (ambient temp doesn't really seem to matter to much) and the idle will go up higher than the "cold start" and sit there for quite a bit longer before dropping back down.
