I have pre-facelift headlights (non-projector) and the inside seem to be lose, and also I noticed on the level that the bubble was all the way forward. How do I fix this?

Did the Brackets that hold it on w/ the bolts I mean, break?

Even though I have facelift lights one of them had a similar problem with the inside being loose. I found that one of the lens mounts had snapped, it's pretty much a mini plastic ball joint and it snapped where the rod attached to the ball. I just used some JB weld to glue it back together.

They're inside the headlight housing, you can take off the cover on the back that the wires go through and look around between the housing and the lens assembly to see if anything's broken. This also gives you room to play with the lens assembly and see which mount's broken.

This, and with the stock headlights the oem ones, there usually is a bolt below the bummper that you can't see mine broke and the headlight was loose maybe this is your problem?

There's no bolt below the bumper, unless you're talking about the one off to the side at the bottom. Just take off one of the back covers and stick your hand in to see if you can move the reflector assembly. If you can, take the light out and see which mount's broken and glue it together.
