exhaust swap

I have 2 A4, a 2002 1.8T Sedan and a 2007 2.0T Avant. I want to sell my 2002 but the exhaust is leeking. I want to know if I can swap the exhaust (cat-back) from the '07 Avant to the '02 Sedan, and put a Magnaflow 16601 on the Avant?

The down pipes are different but after that they are the same. So no it's not a direct swap

Are you guys sure they are the same - I want to buy a B7 exhaust for my B6 2003 a4? Will it bolt on to my down pipe which is factory and new?
