Any one is using a DTM style muffler on our B5's? Pictures of it? I really don't like it, I preferred the OEM looks. But for any reason there are the "nice look" on Europe.
Is something like this:

That's why I'm looking for pics!
In my case I will cut the DTM angle!

I think it will only stick out if you have the muffler moved out further then need be. I thought about getting similar tips. Would like to see pictures as well.

I had that same muffler on my old A4 and I hated it (PO put it on there). It stuck out a good three-four inches (looked really ghetto).

I don't really like the style. I have a few pictures, but none really show the muffler clearly.

I had a Scorpion DTM style muffler, and I loved it. It barely cleared the painted section of the bumper, it stuck as close to the body as possible. It's not for everyone, but it worked very well on my car.

Don't hate too much [;)] The car just became a dedicated project car last week, and now I've got a resonator to dump behind the rear valence, and it is straight sex.

I thought my oval tip looked different on the B5 body.

DTM tips could look good... it's just not for me.

Biker, thats looks good! Unique. I'm on Avant, the RS4 have 2 ovals; maybe I will change the DTM to mimic that!
