View Full Version : Hazard Lights Flashing on their own! HELP

Hey there you guys first off I have a 06 A4 auto fwd and noticed this for like 2 weeks now everytime I get into my car and after maybe 10mins into my drive the hazards lights will come on for 1-2secs on there own. This only happens when the car has been sitting for the night. Anyone know what this may mean? Or what should I do?

Overnight there is some rat that is chewing up your wires causing an electrical short. jkjk. haha
I have no idea.

Does the button still have a good amount of play in it. Or does it feel kinda stuck?

Usually the hazzard switch or a faulty flasher relay. Check the switch if all OK then it's likely to be the relay :)

Hey just checked and the switch seems to be good doesn't seem like its stuck I guess it probably the relay!
