Just got my tune done today. Thanks to the guys from apr and gmp performance for the event in Charlotte. Also thanks to the guys at RAI for the test pipe. I ordered the pipe and had it on my doorstep in 3 days, well before this event. Ok details. The test pipe was contructed well and fit perfect except for some minor adjustments. Took a while to figure out the issue but was a quick fix once we figured it out. I installed the test pipe and drove around before the tune, and the test pipe is worth the money by itself. It gave my exhaust a nice low growl and gave the car a little more punch. Also the turbo sounds louder. BUT WHEN I GOT THE TUNE..... a whole different car. Really feels like Im driving a different car from this morning. Pulls really strong once the turbo kicks in. This car for once actually feels fast. I can't keep my foot out the damn gas pedal! These mods are a must do! Im really happy with the results and the car actually pulls way harder than I thought it was going to. let me know if you have any questions but if youre on the fence about either of these mods I say go for it. here is a pick of my car at the meet. (B7 with full carbon fiber rieger kit)

Did you have a tune before having the test pipe or just a stock computer? Because if you were chipped before hand, stage two just deletes the cats from the computer so you don't get a cel. Congrats on the mods.

Your car is still slow though.

Quit trollin, we know our cars aren't performance beasts.

Ya did you have stage 1 before? I'm just finding the effort to put mine on, congrats.

Stock before test pipe. I was having buyers remorse for getting rid of my highly modded 05 cervini mustang for such a slow car but this tune helped that out

EW cervini, too flashy for me. Ya that makes more sense now, the tune really wakes it up. I hear ya though, went from a cobra to this, chasing more power now.

Glad you like it!

and to post pictures, host them on a site like photobucket and either use their image tags, or just copy the image location and put it between [IMG ]picture.jpeg[/IMG ] but without the spaces

You got just the testpipe?? No down pipe??? Do you have a cvt? Did you install it yourself?

just the testpipe, and I have 6spd trans. I tried to install myself but had issues with pipe fitment. Then I took it to three different shops and the last one figured out the issues and easily fixed it. Other than that it would have been a straight foward install.

Calm yourself... Joking around. I at least offered a logical response.

Slow is relative. Compared to say a snail, I'd say our cars are pretty fast.

Compared to a good 80-90% of the cars on the road our cars are pretty fast at stage 2 like rick504. I have never seen so many people hate on their own cars on an online forum before coming here...

i thought apr's stage 2 was just a o2 delete... sooo hows it possible that it was a whole new car after the tune?
someone correct me if i'm wrong but I'm pretty sure revo is the only tuner that actually steps up the performance for there stage 2 (ie timing, boost, etc) as well as deletes the o2 code.

I never had stage one. I was stock and got rai test pipe put on and then went and got tuned. So I am comparing the gains to stock.

bahahaha^ no wonder you flipped your lid over the performance gains you gained 50 hp and around 100lbs of torque with those two mods.....noticeable to anyone

x2 There are far more cars that are slower. The combination of style, performance, and affordability make the A4 key for me.....

Front bumper looks amazing. Rims look horrible. Glad you're enjoying stage 2 :)

Ya I know apr doesn't add any performance going from stage 1 to 2, why I reinstated the question about if he was stage 1 before. Anyways you should make a video of your exhaust for others to hear.
