I can't say I despise eBay parts. Just have seen people have a rough time with the with quality and fitment. Obviously they would never be OEM quality. Just wondering your thoughts opinions or just personal experience if anyone has had any with these. I just need an alternate option since I can't justify spending the 1800 on ecodes.

8000 degrees K bulbs, not impressed. I suppose you could change them to a more useful temperature.

Yeah I didn't like that either... I'd rather have 4300k I mean they dont look bad, but looks are deceiving. I scoped out te classified section on here for xenon headlights and there isnt much.

Agreed. Something in the 4k-5k range would work much better.

5K is pretty much perfect in my opinion. I would suggest going with chrome rather than black though, its all personal preference obviously but I feel that 75% of people (including myself) who put in black headlights later wish they had done chrome because they look a lot cleaner on the car. Just something to think about.

^ very true now that you bring it up I had black on my GLI and wish I had chrome. But finding the chrome ones is going to be hard now lol. Parts4euro and modbargains only carry black

As I don't plan on ditching chrome trim.

But other than that you guys see nothing wrong with any of these options?

Not a real huge fan of the halos either but like I said, everyone has their own taste of what looks good and what doesn't.

Why don't you just save $300 more and source some e-codes from Jens. They aren't anywhere near $1800. Usually in the 3 digit range.
