Plan is to head towards Sonoma around 9:15 so we can get good spots!

The one I'm thinking of is still pretty much on the way for everyone. Lot's of great photo ops and a really beautiful part of downtown Sac to meet up in. Immediately off the Q street exit from both directions on I-5 (and when leaving will dump you right onto 50 westbound just past the I-5 interchange). It has a great coffee shop (Chocolate Fish, yea I know not the greatest name but very professional and quality coffee) and Freshii restaurant/Cultive Yogurt (between both there is something for everyone, including guys with an appetite, great chicken wraps which are more like Chipotle burritos).

If anyone wants to meet up this weekend for a city cruise or ride in the twisties, we can scope it out and you can see for yourself. My girl works at the building in the bottom right of the attached photo.

Ok but let's not post the route on here (maybe PM instead), 5-O might be lurking these threads. With the state starved for cash and given the size of our group I'm sure they would love to nab us and issue tickets en masse (not just speeding... plates, tint, etc.).

Also, maybe we could post the below map for the meet in the orginal post? The 400 Q St address for the Fish is misleading. It's on the corner of 3rd and Q and coming off Q St exit, the easiest place to park is in Advanced Tire parking lot (just as you exit 5 on Q right before 3rd, catty corner from the Fish) or turn right onto 3rd (spots on both sides) or get onto R where we might do the shoot. If you pass 3rd on Q you have to do a big loop left on 5th, then left on P, then left again onto 3rd.

Has anyone else purchased tickets for the AZ10 dinner from 6 to 11? I just bought a pair for my girl and I. I'm hoping we won't be the youngest people there.

A scenic spirited ride sounds fun too but I'm concerned about getting too ambitious with a larger group and showing up late. The more I read the more it sounds like it will be a pleasantly diverse mix of people anyhow. Kinda like the group I used to ride my Yamaha R1 with.

Honestly, it's better to stick together as one group. Direct route = safest bet to get there for good spots and our t-shirts ;) and we can all sleep in an extra 15-20 minutes.
My car is getting really really dirty, maybe I'll get it washed first, and washed right before Sonoma. Wish I had a drive way + hose to do it myself for free :/

I verified today that Advanced Tire is closed on Saturdays so the lot should be free as it always is. I also verified Chocolate Fish Coffee and Freshii would be open by the time we meet. The Fish opens at 8 AM and Freshii is open at 7 AM on Saturdays. The weather report shows a high of 78 with only 10% chance of percipitation but that's still 5 1/2 days out so let's hope that forecast sticks.

Yup, they booked up weeks ago. It's also the Sonoma Jazz Festival this weekend, which is why I suggested everyone book their rooms early! You will have to try somewhere a bit out of Sonoma, like Napa, Novato, or Vallejo.

You're welcome to borrow my stock B5 S4 wheels for AZ10. They have even wear on all wheels with like 80 or 90% tread left, though they are a bit dinged up (paint damage, not bent or anything). Continential Contisports or something like that are on them.

I don't know if you need spacers (nor have any) though to fit them on a B6. I'm clueless when it comes to wheel to car fitment.

Use it all the time and it's super reliable, sometimes it gets a Lil garbled up and sounds like transformers lol but its once i a blue moon great back up I guess

Yup we saw you, my girl was driving on the way home and didn't ask me how to acknowledge till you were way ahead.

Yes the dinner was definitely worth it. The food was excellent (exceeded my expectations) as was the beer, complimentary wine... It was a great opportunity to get to know AZers and the vendors. Speaking to 034motorsport at the dinner I found out there is a chip available for the W12 that boosts the ponies to ~480 (dyno verfied on a Phaeton W12).
