Does anyone know if the Greddy FMIC will fit a 1997? On the site and all the info I find only says 98 and above.

It is not a easy boltin by any means on any year...lots of trimming to make the Greddy fit.

Look up two posts, at Alex's sig.

Also...97s seem to be a bit quirky...Don't most A4s have a "Shift plate"? For my 97, it's moulded into the dash piece...On pictures I see, it appears to be seperate, and removeable (As well as paintable [=(] )

there's a guy selling an old APR fmic that was on a 97. Check the classifieds

Either bumper support or actual bumper skin needs to be trimmed. Sometimes a little of both. Basically trim the bumper support or you'll have to hack the shit out of the stock bumper
