As all of you here in So-Cal have noticed, that we somehow skipped Spring and went straight into Summer!
Any who parked my car outside work today, nice cool area. Had bird shit on my hood, washed it off and scratched/minor chipped my paint!
This heat ain't no joke friends...keep an eye on your Audi and keep your compound nearby. Shit was rock hard!

Angry birds is for real. I hate f'in birds.
how did the poop scratch and chip the paint. Did you rub it around before it was totally softened?

I wet it with water trying to soften it up...didn't seems to help.
Then I used Meguiars Clay Bar lube (not the bar) I always carry with me and a microfiber cloth, it was stuck on like...something burnt on the pan. Or like gum on the pavement, I assume the sun "cooked" and "burned" it into my paint it was a really HOT day.

If you have not considered it .... get your car detailed and have a good paint sealer put on it ... I did it to my car and bird poop has yet to leave its ugly stain on the car ... I usually take it of as soon as I notice it .. but in the few instances where I have forgotten ... i can tell you that if not for that Paint sealer .. I would have some ugly poop burn marks ... anyways just sharing my 2 cents.
