Is it harming anything if I dont replace my O2 sensor right away? I'm assuming it will just mess up my ratio's a bit? I dont have to time to do it right now. Not even sure which one it is, I'm guessing the one on the exhaust though.

it would be the one before the cat. the one after the cat just lets the computer know the status of the cat. I would get it replaced as soon as i can. you'll end up getting poor performance, poor mileage, etc. it won't necessarily mess up anything. the computer will just cut back on fuel and timing to compensate for the bad o2 sensor

Is it hard to put in if I just go buy the part at the dealer?

All the above, you'll get bad gas mileage, not optimal performance and most importantly you will kill your cat.

no power, poor fuel economy and slowly roasting your cat... I don't see why you would put it off. It ruins the driving experience, costs you money as time goes on and eventually causes you to have to replace another part failure
