A pre owned audi certified car means that all parts on the car are audi geunine parts correct?

you are wrong. I don't think it has to be Audi Geunine Parts.

yea, it just means they are sold backed by some audi warrenty, not an aftermarket warrenty.

Well the brake warning light keeps coming on(need new brakes) my pre owned a6 I bought last month. So I took it in the dealership and they said everything was fine. A couple of days later it came on again so I took it in and made them look harder. The dealership says that the alarm was going off bc non genuine brake hoses were installed? I was just wondering if that violated the ceritifed pre owned description.

not really. Since they identified the problem, and the car is certified. They need to change the hoses for you.

It's supposed to be all OEM parts for it to be certified. We had a GTI we couldn't certify because it had a shortshifter on it. Some dealerships bend the rules a bit. It's not like VW or Audi will come out and inspect the car. Dealerships wanna certify a car whenever they get a chance. Its good for them because they get to charge more even though the "certification" cost on the dealer's end is small. It's good for the customer because certified cars have been thoroughly inspected and come with a warranty. Certifed Audis also qualify for special interest rates if you finance through Audi Financial.

What brake warning is it?
I can't really see any hose causing a problem unless its leaking and that would cause a low brake fuild fault.
I'd call bs on them, if you're getting a yellow wear sensor warning light, it's just a wire thats connected to the pads. If this wire is severed or like the dealer says it's caused by non audi parts the light should go on evertime you star the car and not every so often.
The more likely problem is that they didn't really check the pads and you have a pad that's almost warn out. When this happened to me the light would go off every few days for about a week and then it would go on every time I started the car until I changed them.
Hoses will not cause this problem.
So basically go in there and demand new brakes because they didn't change them when they should have. Make sure you get new pads as well as new front rotors at least because to the best of my knowledge the front rotors have about the same life span as the pads.

brake hose=b.s. they're being lazy. go back and tell them you want new brake pads.
and rotors should last way longer than pads.
