2007 audi 2.0 FWD. . . I was thinking about cutting out the resonator and running straight pipes, and finding mufflers like HKS, or ones you just throw on the end. Really do NOT want to spend much and I do not care for much performance just NEED something to make it not sound like a golf cart. what do you think??????
Also does ANYONE know where to find cheap front splitters and door blades, or know of anyone selling any?
Thanks

Yeah it works if you just cut out the resonator and switch to straight pipes. you can also get a test pipe or HFC. throw on some magnaflow/borla muffs and they'll sound good.
for cheap front splitters and door blades, check ebay.

greddy is a good exhaust, but it does not offer that much in terms of performance gains as the greddy still uses the OEM down pipe which is 2nd most restrictive part of our exhausts....sounds great tho

Yeah it sounds smooth and quiet. I already have a new DP/TP installed so I just told the guy to weld on the exhaust to the TP. Gains is noticeable but not too much
