More than usual vibration from exhaust?

Cold morning, I went out to start my car up. Then I remember I forgot something in my apartment so left my car running to warm up and ran back.
Walking back to my car, I noticed my exhaust vibrating, more like shaking. I'm surprised it didn't fall off.
And only the right side of the dual exhaust was emitting condensation/gas, but not the left. Is that normal?

Any thoughts? I am pretty low and bang the exhaust on some bumps here and there..
