I had a passenger rear caliper bracket stuck (clamped together) and with 51k miles on my car the dealer said they will replace the rear "caliper bracket free of charge" but I told them the CPO warranty should cover that (I still have 3 years remaining). They charged me for the brake pads and rotors but I felt that they lied about the caliper just to try to make the customer feel better.

What do you think?

Calipers are covered, pads and rotors are not.

Calipers are covered, pads and rotors are not.

if the calipers being seized caused the pads and rotors to be toast, they should be covered.

I had a caliper that sounded like an old creaking rocking chair when I hit the pedal last year. They covered it under CPO no questions asked.
