350 wheels or crank? Yes, different flanges mean different manifolds.

elim is the biggest on stock mani

elim? u got like a link for them and is it bigger than a k04 i wondering because i got my car off the lot and we later found out it had a bigger turbo so i called audi they said they want 1600 for a stock k03 so i told the dealer guy to just buy me a turbo of my choice for cheaper than that he said ok lol so im looking for a nice turbo that will fit our stock exaust flanges. NOT PUTTING THE TURBO ON STOCK MOTOR FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO JUST JUMP IN TO HATE THE TURBO WILL BE FOR MY BUILD thanks.

350hp on stock internals is like strapping a bomb to your engine. you wont be able to safely reach 350 with out some mods to the internals mainly the head.

I suggest you do some research before you make statements such as this, which is incorrect.
Second of all, the HEAD is generally not part of the "internals" when considering things that break or bend.

is their a turbo that is a lil bigger than a k04 that uses the stock manifold? i checked out the gt28 elim it looks real nice they run for about $1800 for the turbo alone?

The next step from a K04 would be a GT2X elim:
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=tp&Product_Code=ATP-VVW-233&Category_Code=VVWTK

or a GTRS elim:
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=tp&Product_Code=ATP-VVW-151&Category_Code=VVWTK

The GTRS comes in right at your $1600 price point. It comes will all the stuff to bolt right up.

Either of these turbos are common to upgrade without upgrading engine internals, but it is a bit risky. Upgrading the rods would be recommended, especially for the 2000 or later 1.8T, due to it's weaker factory rods. But keeping the boost at a lower, safe level would be ok, if you planned on doing the rods later.

I can get you whatever turbo you want and cheaper than the price listed. I just hooked a guy up on the forum with a Franken Turbo set up ( http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/410830-Frankenturbo-calling-my-name ). Franken Turbos are larger than a K04 and it comes with extra goodies. http://www.frankenturbo.com/new/F4L.html

^^Totally forgot about the FrankenTurbo. That's a really nice solution in this case.

how much could you get the frankenturbo set up for, also will i need to like up grade the ecu or tune or would it be fine to to run on a stock tune for a while?

retail on the kit is is $1,099. That include the turbo, high flow manifold, turbo inlet, and either an upgraded DV or 3" MAF housing. I would recommend larger injectors and a tune so you don't lean out and blow your motor.
