Some info

2001 1.8QTM:
3bar fpr
S4 fuel pump
GIAC K04 tune

That should be enough to determine what's going on.
I don't have a A/F gauge but I do have access to VAGCOM. Heres what's going on, let me add I know I need a real tune will be getting one in a few months but this setup was tweaked by vast. When I first drove the car before I bought it, it was running 10psi (80% turbo efficiency via lemmiwinks). I bought the car and the prev owner removed the gauge. I fixed boost leaks then I bumped up the turbo efficiency from 80 to 100%. Installed my boost gauge and it was spiking 20 psi and tapering to about 16.

Now the problem.... This is going to be hard to explain. When I first drive the car after I warm it up I don't misfire, but after awhile I start to mainly on top of 3rd and most of 4th. Today I looked at my gauge when boosting and I'm spiking 23 and holding 20-21 (didn't change anything). In 2nd gear when I go WOT it will pull pretty hard then around 6k I get this big jolt of power (same amount of boost I have at 4200ish), then 3rd gear it will pull then misfire. My plugs are good (bkr7e gapper at .028) and my coils are pretty damn new (have new ones in the box) but I don't think this is my problem.

I'm going to purchase a MBC, adjustable FPR, and install my walbro 255 pump. I don't have VAGCOM but my cousin does and I can run some logs but just let me know which ones to run and I will post them tomorrow. Any info/help is appreciated. If you need all my mods let me know.

I was told on vortex that the giac k04 file calls for a 5bar fpr is this accurate?

I'm not sure about the 2001 file, but the 2000 k04 file calls for stock injectors with a 5bar fpr.

should be throwing a code bank 1 or 2 too lean.

I didn't read anything except the set up however.
