VMR vent boost gauge question

Does anyone know what size the actual gauge is? I hate my mechanical guage. It's loud and annoying.

pretty sure its 52, could also be 45

something is making me think its a like 37 or 38 mm. Check their ebay auctions for what size they are selling... Im in Mexico and cannot look at my invoice via ebay from work. Will post size on onvoice when I get back to my hotel this afternoon.
