so this has been a long process for me the last few months to figure out why i have only been boosting 16 peak and holding at 12....changed the couplers and clamps, did a pressure test on my front mount- and all was good..had my camshafts changed, my pcv changed, my spark plugs and coilpacks..and the list goes on...i found 2 more leaks one is a slight tear in my turbo inlet pipe which i hope is causing this bullshit, and the other is a crack along the weld of my creative test pipe(which has nothing to do with my boosting issues)

now my question for you guys (if anyone has done it before) is, would i be able to get some liquid weld, and fix the crack, or is the temperature too hot to handle that.
second question is- do i have it re-welded to fix, or should i just get a new test pipe?
my problem with getting a new one is that my buddy has an apr test pipe- but thats 2.5 inch....my downpipe is 3 inches, and my exhaust is 2.75....so everything is all fucked up with that.
what to do what to do....

Any liquid stuff will not work in the area.
I just got the RAI test pipe, you should do the same, I love it !!!

It's just a pipe. Get it re-welded. Depending on where it cracked, they may be able to fix it on the car.

take it off, take to a good exhaust shop, have the cracks welded the right way, reinstall.
It shouldnt cost more the $20 to reweld the welds

As soon as I see Phil's review on the RAI TP or RAI's comparison over another TP, I am going to order one. If you don't want the RAI TP, I'll sell you my Creative TP for cheap.

just weld it it will save you alot more money

the tear in your inlet pipe would be hard to correlate with a loss in boost pressure as the boost is created after the inlet pipe
