DRL Disabling Q!

So I did the Citylight Fog mod and want only the fog lights to be on when I turn the switch once to the right to the DRL mode.
How do I disable that amber city light? Do I need Vagcom or cutting wires?

You will need Vagom to recode the turn signals
Nevertheless, you will still have the city light bulb ON
