I ordered a set of 8000K D1S bulbs for my headlights and 3000K HID conversion kit for my fog lights from sonic tuning. Sorry I didnt take pictures of the kit before installation but heres the pic off the site...

(fogs)

I removed my bumper and headlights to make my life easier. The whole installation was pretty straightforward (if you dont have to ghetto rig extensions using tape and drill a little to fit the tools behind the headlights).
The fog install, including removal of the bumper and taping all the wires down took roughly 3 hours.
The headlights took me around 2 hours to get out because I didnt have proper tools but once they were out, swapping the bulbs was simple.
Overall Im satisfied with both the headlights and fogs. Not overly bright but enough, good beam pattern, and smooth color.
Heres some night pics but Im just letting you know, they look almost nothing like the pictures in real life so dont base your decision on pictures. (phone quality camera doesnt help)...

Final words... paid $139 shipped and Im very satisfied with the quality and ease of installation for that price.

I bought a set of the HIDs from these guys and they were 120% supportive throughout all of my problems. Needless to say, everything is fixed and they run amazingly!

I had a problem with the lights which was on my end, and they offered to fully refund my order because THEY couldnt figure out the problem. LOL, these guys are supportive and fully back their product. Great guys to talk to.

Are these for projectors or the blinders for halogens?

Yeah they arent that absurdly bright in person. Its just the phone camera's crappy resolution capture. In real life, they are much more smooth.
