I saw these when I was doing my exhaust last week. Not sure what they are but if ones leaking and the other isn't then obviously it can't be good. Any ideas?

Mine are the same, I'm replacing them with 034 street density mounts.

Would this cause vibration in the car?

Ya, it'll cause an increase in vibrations. I had just apr snub an I installed stern tranny mounts. I get more vibrations mostly because I didn't readjust the snub

I noticed when I reverse the car vibrates like crazy. I ca feel it mainly through the steering wheel.
