Well it was an idea I toyed with. I do and I don't like it. It looks good like you said at first glance, but it kind of stands out a bit to much on the non-sline

I did it to my car....came out great w/ plasti-dip. Still waiting for that one car to pull out in front of me and buy me a new s-line front end. Until then, black fogs on my non s-line.

I like it and I did this to my gf's car with plastidip: ( http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/368990-Quick-poll-what-looks-better-for-the-front-end-(pics-inside)?highlight= )

We went with option 3. I don't have a picture of the final product, but it pretty much looks exactly the same as #3 (plus I added the color matched side markers and gunmetal VMRs)

i think it would look good on a darker car, like quartz. too much contrast between the black and white.

looks like a wannabe s-line. I was considering this myself but honestly the non-sline really is not that bad. Just live with it until that one day haha....

well if you liked it at first glance then don't look at it again. problem solved [up] IMO it does not flow well with the lines on the car.

I like mine, but I think having the splitters helps, doesn't quite look right without them imo:
