no opinion on those but i can tell you about my set up,

ecs drilled and slotted rotors on all 4's, EBC green stuff pads

initial thoughts were these look pretty damn cool and the zinc coating really keeps off the brake rust (after you dont drive for a few days). really liked the EBC green stuff pads bc they gave off considerable less dust then the OEM ones.

initial braking was pretty weak but then again the pads had to break&bed in for 500 miles (which was listed clearly)so as expected i waited before i passed judgement... after the pads wore-in i was very pelased with the braking, it seemed like the hotter the pads got the better the braking. when cold they do a great job of slowing the car down, but when they heat up they really come alive.

maybe bc i ahve never have drilled and slotted rotors before but i was suprised by the dull humming the rotors make when braking semi-hard-to-hard from about 80 down to 30 (say getting off the highway to an exit with a sharper-then-average turn). it threw me off guard at first but when AZ members told me it was expected i got used to it and passangers dont notice it until i tell them to listen to it and turn the radio down to mute.

cons: the pads seem to squeak a bit under very light braking but this is intermittent and doesn't happen all the time just figured i'd mention it, the breakin process is longer then just the replacement pads but really to me was never a huge issue. looking back, sorta wish i went with adams rotors to support a small business but ECS was a cheaper route and well....im cheap. they lightly hum during periods of hard braking. someone told me that drilled/slotted rotors wear down brake pads faster then non drilled ones but ive had these for about 15-20k and no issues with wear

pros: they look great even with a stock unpainted massive caliper, they perform great when warmed up and broken in properly, CONSIDERABLe less dust then OEM and it was a reletively cheap set up for what i felt was a good upgrade in performance. looking back i wish i got some ss brake lines to complete the package but oh wells

all in all i would give my set up a 8 out of 10 (10 being a bbk)

If you're happy with the OEM pad performance and would like a similar pad with far less dust the StopTech 104 pads are the way to go. If you'd like better performance and a bit less dust then the StopTech 309 pads are the ones to get.
