What is wrong

WHen under WOT in 3rd and 4th, my car peeks at like 21 lbs then drops to about 12lbs then back to about 15lbs then when you areound 5,500 RPM it picks up another 2 lbs. This just started recently and lately I have noticed that I am lucks to get 300 miles to a tank of gas, when about 2 months ago I could get 400 to a tank easily. any ideas I have to time to search I am at work.

no weird noises at all the boost just drops then you can feel it pick right up again it weird

idk its not fuel cuts. I am going to put new spart plugs in see how that goes
