I originally post this in the B6 forum but you guys can also help me =)

So i was adjusting my seat when it just stopped working all of a sudden. I changed the fuse twice and it actually made noise(adjusting noise) after i change the fuse but once i try moving it, it wont move! Even lumbar is not working! I was just trying to adjust my seat to go lower when it stopped all of a sudden.

If it helps, it came from a B6 S4 and passenger side's power is working properly

Impossible to remove the seats as only the two bolts in front is visible. Rear bolts cannot be reached at all. I manage to check if any wires is unplug but they are all plugged in properly. Checked the railings but there are no little stuff stuck in it. I know that seats has power as the light at the bottom still works, haven't checked if the heating still works though. Is there any other fuse that I need to know off? like is there a fuse in the seat itself? I have changed the fuse so many times but still doesn't work!

Please help, I dont want to take my car to stealership -_-

Thanks in advance!

Might be the actual switch.

online retailers...if the fuse is blowing there is a short somewhere...if the switch was bad, I would suspect for it to NOT blow a fuse.

hey there's a place on Ventura blvd. Speed Gallery. they work with Recaro seats all the time. primarily aftermarket, but I think they'll be able to help you. ORRR and this I know 100% - call Terry or Curly @ Griffin Motorwerke and tell them what's going on, they'll be able to give you some info. - if not, they have Recaro on speed dial. Lets put it this way, I live in LA and went to Berkeley to get my seats done. - P: 510.524.7447
