Chipped yet? that is definately where to start. Don't bother w/ any BOVs, DVs are where it's at! There are several exhausts to choose from... If I had to do it again I probably would have skipped the chip and gone for a turbo upgrade, a k04 kit is about 1500

if i were u...just becuase i like looks more than performance. i would go...

suspension..
rims...
e-codes..

then later on, grill, tint, body kit.

:-)

just what i would do..

but if you want to go performance, i would do chip first.

Id get a CHIP first. $500

THEN I'd get a DV and suspension. Don't get a bov, your paying for something you don't need and actaully could hurt performance. Get a Forge, Bailey, or Strat DV.

i would do a chip as well, btw is you car FWD or Quattro, if you have a FWD your cat-back exhaust options will be almost limited to only B&B triflo or custom piping....

If you have an 01 get the GIAC X-chip, APR has nothing on it. Then Baileys or Startmosphere DV and suspension.

Suspension & Rims First....then Chip It.....or exhaust imo
No need for a DV just yet....

No, I'm from White Rock.

For local shops regarding tuning, it is fairly well known that the best chips are APR or GIAC. I personally recommend GIAC, and would suggest you talk to "Jarrod" at "Fusion Racing"... He's also known as "QuattroRocket" on the VWDoV.

They also have your suspension requirements, carrying KW Shock&Springs, and KW Coilovers.

http://www.fusionracing.net

They're also located in Richmond.

If I was to do it over again, with a B5, I'd replace all of the hoses with Samco and go straight for a bigger turbo and better mani.

just do it all in ONE SHOT:

-chip (GIAC or APR)
-DV's
-coilovers

:)

Go local and do it @ Fusion Racing. Pls run a search or look around, you can find most of your answers.
