So my car is still in the repair shop because they are saying that the PN on the driver's side headlight (I got them both from Jens) is for the Japanese bi-xenon. Are the Japanese versions different than the US or European versions? I would rather not have to have Jens send me over a headlight because that could take a while. Can I just put a US non-adaptive bi-xenon in and have it match my Japanese non-adaptive bi-xenon?
Thanks in advance.

Is there something wrong with the lights working? Or is it a matter of the ECU communicating with the lights?

Sorry, I might not have made it clear, but I was hit the other week and pushed into another car, and so it broke the driver's side headlight and needs to be replaced. The body shop said when they try to give the dealer the PN from my broken headlight, the dealer says that it is the Japanese version. I am asking if the Japanese and the US bi-xenons look the same, and I can just have a US in the drivers side and Japanese in the passenger side.

Japanese? I doubt that Jend would sell anything japanese!
Anyway, what they don't just order an US Bi_xenon headlight even adaptive. Not to worry since you coming from Halogens
The US PN are:
Left: 8E0 941 003 AH
Right: 8E0 941 002 AH (because I don't have one at this time, it's either 002 or 004)

^^ i think the US spec and Jap spec lights look the same but obviously US would be made for left side drive and Jap - right side drive.

Phil, I was confused too....I don't know why Jens would send me the Japanese one...I will tell them to go ahead and order the US left then if you guys think they will be the same; this was my belief all along.
