So I want to clean the rings on my RS4 grill and give it back that polished look. It doesn't look too bad now, but they could get cloudy over time. Anyone have a successful technique? I have a metal polish, but it might be too abbrave for the plasitc. I also want to clean the chrom trim around my stock grill and put it up on my wall [:D]

Yeah don't use the metal polish, it will eat too much away. I don't think there's much you can do, I just use some cleaner wax...

i use a special wax specifically made for chrome.... i think its made by turtle wax...

im sure you could just use a regular wax on it

As soon as I put my RS4 grille up, I put the stock one up on the wall. [wrench] [up]

You can get some Nevr Dull from an Advanced Auto Parts or an auto store.

umm...

clearcoat paint makes plastic shinny and new looking..

you can also get chrome spray paint and just repaint those areas.. and then clearcoat it, then wax it..
