Ok, so I just installed a 2871 Elim last weekend with uni 630CC injectors. Aside from some issues with the company I purchased it from missing several parts such as the oil line fitting and a couple of gaskets it went pretty smooth except for the exhaust manifold install which was a PITA and African engineering a couple of gaskets and finding a oil line reducer at 1pm on a Sunday. The only problem I'm really having is while it runs smooth,no leaks, etc. The first time I got 2 open it up the PSI built rather normal I guess and was at 22PSI around 3,600 RPM then just kept climbing. 23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 PSI b4 i realized what was happening and let off. Any ideas, I have a feeling I may have set up the N75 wrong. What is the proper way 2 run the N75?

Sounds like a N75 problem for sure. Can you take a pic of how you have it set up?

Here is a diagram of the correct way to setup the N75.

Your wastegate could also be broken, causing it to stay closed. When this happens, boost will just continue to build. Hook up a vacuum line to the wastegate, and apply a few pounds of pressure. If the actuator moves, then your problems are elsewhere. If it doesn't move, ATP sells replacements

It's most likely your wastegate. When mine was shitting the bed, it would be 15psi in 1st gear,18psi in 2nd, 20psi in 3rd,and 4th would climb to 25psi. I just bought a new one a few days ago and now it's at 21 in every gear.

I assume he didn't go mafless since he has an elim setup and not a full frame 2871

I am mafless 2001 TQM. Uni 630 tuning with a 71R elim. I checked the N75 it looked like it was hooked up properly I will take pics later, but the long nipple is going to the TIP so I think it's hooked up properly. Anyway 2 diagnose a bad N75 or if it's the wastegate?

I dont even have my n75 hooked up anymore, i'm pretty sure you don't need it either.

You wouldn't happen 2 have your old N75 still lying around?

I'll check on my break. It's gonna be around 9pm.

If you're not running any kind of boost controller, you definitely still need your N75. Try the methods for checking the wastegate that I'd posted above.
