Will a rear sway bar tighten the suspension a lil, and create less body roll? thats what im looking for.

yes thats what you need, it will spread the load between the two springs more evenly and stiffen up the structure a little.

yes, that is the point of a rear sway.

Yes, keep in mind your car already has one, the option is to get a thicker one (more twist resistance).

yeah our car has one, but it looks more like a clothes hanger than a real anti-sway bar. the first time I saw the sways on my car, I couldn't stop laughing for about 5 minutes straight.

Thicker sway bars will reduce the body roll but you'll have other issues. The best way to reduce the body roll is to increase your spring rates. I run 600F/700R with a 21mm rear sway bar. When cornering hard, I get bad wheel lift which causes the car to hesitate to lay down the power. To fix the problem, I put in a rear lsd. But still, the wheel lifts and doesn't get the power down mid corner. I'm thinking of putting back the stock sway bar and increasing the rear spring rates to get the car to handle better and keep the wheels on the ground.
