I need some suggestions on how to take off a pretty rusted hub bolt that the allen head has been pretty badly stripped on the inside.

I've so far tried a propane torch and that didn't get me anywhere.

Extract it.
With a extracter bit.

Is that the same as an ezout? And can you get them that big?

Spray some pb blaster on it, let it sit for an hour.
You can try to saw a grove in it to be able to use a flat screw driver.

I would try and pound a torx bit into it. You aren't getting that out with a screw driver.

Id say if that doesn't work you would need to drill it out.

Hammering in a torx bit could be effective. Make sure you use a craftsman bit or an impact just in case you break it.

The auh, if you get yours out can you help me with mine? I have the same problem, I hate hearing that damn wheel bearing noise.

I just couldn't get it...I ended up taking it to the mechanic and after an hour with an acetylene torch, a chisel, and a huge f'ing hammer he got it out.

Well I have a torch, a chisel and some hammers I might just give it hell myself.
