Hello forum,

I was installing my silicone inlet pipe, and while the old one was off, i tried SOFTLY wiggling the turbo's turbine to check for play.
Would this action be able to unbalance the turbine by any chance? Or does it take more than that?
Or would adjusting the inlet pipes position while its attached to the turbo alter the turbo's position slightly?

Reason I ask:
This morning (3-4 days after inlet install) a weird noise was coming from the turbo area.
But after a short drive it went away. I haven't heard it since.

no you literally cannot mess the alignmnet of the center section up by touching it or wiggleing it, you really need some force to do anything i mean a prybar at the least, you have to touch it to check for shaft play so your fine, the noise you heard was prob the spool up noise due to the TIP and letting it breath better, if it hasnt come back dont worry about it
