I didn't buy my car in Audi Scottsdale or Audi Chandler. Now, I am trying to decide where I want to bring my car for the regular maintenance. Do you have any good or bad experience in the service department in Audi Scottsdale or Audi Chandler? Or any contact you can share to me?
PS. I live in Chandler but my office is in Scottsdale. So both dealerships are close to me.
Thanks in advance.

I had good experiences with both of them. But you'll find that people on the forums here will urge heavily to go to North Scottsdale.

Yep North Scottsdale FTW
they are the best there and did 90% of my stage 3 install (the other 10% is the tuning from vast, intake/d.valves/smic i installed and a custom cat back that i pieced together and had some shop weld it for me)

Don't know if anyone remembers this or not but I say Audi North Scottsdale. Audi Chandler tried to get me to replace my transmission on a B7 A4 because the tranny line broke. They offered to replace the tranny line for $2000 but said I should be safe and replace the entire tranny for about $8,000! I towed it to my buddy's shop and he replaced the broken line and re-filled the tranny with CVT fluid for $200. BTW this was several months ago and I've had no issues with my car since. I will never go back to Audi Chandler, not even to buy a car. I send everyone to Audi North Scottsdale now.

Yeah I had a bad experience at Audi Chandler as well. I have purchased both my A4 and S4 from them and on my b6 s4 i cracked the bell housing and they said it could not be repaired and i needed a new transmission which was quoted at $8500. I had it towed out of there to RaceTechnik in Mesa and Doug Chenris who runs that place worked at Audi N. Scottsdale for many year and they welded it up great and it has run beautifully.

I work in the sales department at Audi North Scottsdale and will say our service team is amazing from the service writers to the technicians. Jason Brown or Tyler Secrest in service are great and are also very friendly with modified cars too.
ANS FTW Jason's number is 480-538-4093 and Tylers is 480-538-4094

I realize I am late to the party, but I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received at ANS. I haven't been to Chandler though. There is an Audi of Peoria opening (I live in Surprise) but I will still take my car to ANS because of how well I have been treated there.
Never been to Audi Chandler because North Scottsdale was highly recommended, These guys serviced my car for unbelivable prices plus they did all the recals that I didnt even know existed for my 2007 A6 Sline - Jason Brown is your man over there HIGHLY recommended.

i avoid all with a 10 mile pole [;)]
the chandler was open still on McDowell the tech opened my driver door right into the lift and damaged my s4 door blade...right in front of me...didn't say a word and just went about his business
went to N. Scottsdale for inspection...they tried to remove my spare and dragged it across my rear bumper scratching the paint (lazy a$$) and since I brought it in for inspection (when I was selling my sedan at buyers request to double check any issues) they went behind my back and tried to sell a car to the buyer from the lot behind my back knowing very well why we brought the car in.....the buyer later told me so....
but there is good people in both just had bad luck personally...and will never go back...will see how Peoria's Audi will be...not that I plan to take my avant there either....[;)]
I do my own service or go to John@SE AutoEngineering

??? i;ve seen your car at ANS quite a bit. i really think its time for something newer for ya if you are having to maintain this one that much.

Well, that line of reasoning worked, but not at your store, alas :)
