Road Course tire recommendations

I'm looking into getting a set of street legal tires that perform well on a road course for my 2010 A4 Quattro. I was thinking about getting the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 but with the price of the wheels (18" O.Z. Alleggerita HLT's or 18" TRMotorsport MT1) they are a little out of my budget.

Any recommendations? I'm thinking Hankook Ventus R-S3 or Kumho Ecsta XS.

The XS is great in dry, but terrible in wet.... If you can go up a little in price look at Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 StarSpec...
