awesome ride. Loved the feel and the nav is awesome! So much more power and no turbo lag! Felt strange having 6 speed instead of 5. BUT!....should never have test driven it...[=(]
now I want the darned thing and I cant afford it....[=(] [=(] [=(]

Does the clutch release high like on the B6? Any need for a snub mount out of the box?

Wait until you test drive a B8, assuming you don't mind the car getting slightly bigger in dimensions again :)

OP, don't get too upset. Your lucky your B6 dos not have a FSI motor.
Our FSI motors are prone to:
Carbon build up
Cam follower failure
Cam failure
HPFP failure
PCV Failure
DV failure

Why would you bump a thread about a test drive from 2005?

I bumped what I think is the first thread in the B7 forum in protest of all useless, brought back from the dead threads, that are popping up more and more often.
Come on people, let a dead and useless thread stay dead!

We should probably just lock the whole B7 section? That way everyone will have to search for their answers but then cannot bump dead threads.

Newbs should only be allowed to search for the first like week, save so much time answering the same question a million times.

on vortex any thread like over a year old without post cannot be bumped. Mods should lock them all down.
